Built on 30+ Years in Construction

FortiCon, LLC is a Chicago general contractor led by owner Sam Fortino, who brings more than 30 years of construction experience to every project. We focus on commercial construction, including franchise restaurants, retail, and café build-outs, and on ground-up residential construction.

When you hire FortiCon, you work directly with the owner: one point of contact who knows your schedule, your budget, and your jobsite. We keep projects organized, communicate clearly with owners and architects, and finish what we start.
